I need a highly talented and professional architect to conceptualize a mixed use highrise building. The building will serve multiple purposes including residential, commercial, and hotel operations, and it also needs to house an office complex.
Key functions of the Development:
- It needs to have modern, spacious and luxurious residential units.
- The commercial spaces should be flexible and large enough to accommodate a diverse range of businesses.
- The hotel portion should have both standard and luxury suites.
- The office complex should be designed to the highest of standards with an emphasis on collaboration space.
Desired Architectural Style:
- The building should be articulated in a contemporary architectural style. While keeping functionality in mind, aesthetics should be given priority. We're looking for something that is visually very attractive and stands out in the cityscape.
Skills & Experience:
- Ideal bidders should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software for architectural design.
- Successful track record with designing higher-end mixed-use developments.
- Strong portfolio displaying previous works.
- Knowledge of urban design principles, building codes, and zoning.
