Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
1. Calculate the total number of 10” thick concrete block and include 5% for waste.
2. Calculate the total number of floor joist and number of specific lengths.
3. Calculate the total number of 5/8” plywood sheets for the subflooring.
4. Calculate the total cubic yards of concrete strip footing (exclude footing pads) and include 5% for waste.
5. Calculate the total cubic yards (not tons) for gravel material and include 10% for waste.(25% for compaction)
6. Calculate the total linear feet of 2x6 sill plate.
7. Calculate the total number of anchor bolts on top of the foundation wall if they are positioned 8 feet on center (do not consider waste)
