Connect Woocommerce store to Marketplace & DHL via API

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me connect my Woocommerce store to a marketplace via API. You need have big experience working with Woocomerce and work with API calls.
We need be have invidell price for our shop and the market place will have different price and order number.
By DHL API we will created Shipping labels from the orders,
