Conceptual Architectural BIM from PDFs - to match roof plan changes
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a full set of construction PDFs plus one CAD floor plan and I need them translated into a clean, conceptual BIM. The scope is Architectural only, at LOD 100, so I’m after an accurate massing model that captures the overall geometry and basic spatial relationships without the granular detailing reserved for later phases.
You will receive:
• All PDF sheets (plans, elevations, sections)
• A DWG of the main floor plan for reference
Please make sure the model clearly includes:
• Walls and doors
• Windows and roof
• Floors and ceilings
Native Revit (or compatible IFC) is preferred for hand-off. Keep layers, naming, and coordinates tidy so the file is ready for future LOD 200/300 development. Let me know your anticipated turnaround and any questions about the drawings as soon as you review them.
