Comprehensive ICT/Security Cost Takeoff

We are looking for an experienced Low-Voltage Estimator or ELV Engineer to prepare material takeoffs and cost estimations for ICT, CCTV, Access Control, and Audio-Visual (AV) systems based on project drawings and BOQs.

The work requires accurate quantity extraction, component listing, and cost evaluation according to industry standards.

Scope of Work

Review project drawings, tender documents, and BOQs.

Perform material takeoff for ICT, CCTV, ACS, and AV systems.

Prepare a detailed costing sheet including equipment, cabling, accessories, and installation.

Ensure pricing and components align with vendor availability (Hikvision, QSC, Bosch, etc.).

Deliver results in Excel (quantities + estimated total cost).


Requirements

Strong background in ELV / ICT / AV design or estimation.

Experience with AutoCAD / Revit for quantity extraction.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Familiarity with structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and AV equipment.

Attention to detail and understanding of tender / construction documentation.


Deliverables

Material takeoff report (Excel format)

Cost estimation sheet (unit rate + total)

Optional: summary page for each system (ICT, CCTV, ACS, AV)

Medium Project – well-defined, usually completed within 3–7 days depending on drawing volume.
