Commercial Utility & Drainage Plan

I’m looking for a civil designer who can produce a complete utility and drainage plan for an existing commercial site. My primary goal is to improve the property’s overall functionality, so an accurate snapshot of the current conditions is essential before any future work is considered.

The work will centre on documenting and analysing the existing drainage patterns, utility routes and tie-ins. I’ll need a set of professional drawings—preferably in AutoCAD/Civil 3D—showing stormwater infrastructure, water and sewer lines, and all surface elevations that affect runoff. These drawings should be stamped ready for submission to our facilities team and, if required later, the local authority.

Deliverables
• Scaled site plan highlighting every existing utility and drainage element
• Hydraulic calculations or brief narrative confirming present-day capacity
• PDF and editable CAD files with clear layer naming
• A concise summary of any immediate functionality issues you discover
