R Coding for Jaccard Similarity Matrix

I need an R programmer to calculate the similarity between rows in a table of text strings using the Jaccard index. The results should be displayed as a Jaccard Similarity Matrix, with an option to show only the cells above the diagonal. NA entries should be treated as zero similarity.
