Let me give you brief about what is needed in clickup to start with:
Event plan
• I need to learn how to add tasks of each group
Accounting team
Sales group
Marketing team
Tech. Team … etc
• Then each group should be separated together (sales not see IT )
• Only admin team can see all groups
• Then assign task to people and specify start and end time
• Each person can show his progress (upload file, shared file were all team can work on)
• Dependencies
• Prioritising
• Sending emails and announcment
• Chats and diagrams
