Chrome Extension Update & Simplification!

I have a couple of outdated Chrome extensions that require your expertise. The goal is to tweak them, repackage, and provide guidance on how to upload them onto the Chrome store.

A programmer already helped me fix it, I just need help tweaking it, set proper permission, and ensure I can upload it to chrome store.

Key Tasks:
- Simplify the outdated extensions with a focus on the User Interface, Functionality, and Settings options.
- Prioritize the optimization of the functionality first.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Chrome extension development
- UI/UX design skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Experience with repackaging and uploading to the Chrome store
