Summary
We are developing a new premium home & kitchen storage product — a heavy-duty adjustable pull-out drawer for kitchen cabinets — and we’re looking for an experienced China-based sourcing agent or small agency who can help identify and manage the right manufacturing partner.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication, direct factory relationships (not only Alibaba vendors), and experience coordinating samples, quality checks, and shipments for metal wire or slide-mechanism products (e.g., kitchen organizers, drawer slides, storage racks, furniture hardware).
Deliverables
Source 3–5 qualified factories in China (Guangdong, Jiangmen, Foshan, or Zhejiang preferred) capable of manufacturing:
Adjustable-width pull-out drawers (12″–20″ adjustable, 21–22″ depth)
100 lb soft-close ball-bearing slides
Finishes: matte graphite, satin nickel, chrome-plated
Collect and compare detailed quotations (EXW / FOB), lead times, and MOQ (target ≈ 500 units for pilot batch)
Evaluate and vet factories (export license, ISO / BSCI preferred)
Coordinate samples and basic photo/video quality checks (surface finish, slide smoothness, stability)
Communicate daily in English via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email and provide status updates
Support packaging coordination (flat-pack, belly-band, barcode label)
Arrange freight quotations and Amazon-FBA–ready shipment documentation (optional but preferred)
