AI Chatbot Development for Ecommerce Platform

I'm looking for a highly experienced AI developer to build an AI chatbot for an ecommerce platform. In this context, a "user" is a user of the ecommerce platform (i.e. a person who owns a website that is built on the platform).
The chatbot will have various functionality including:
- Being able to answer both simple and complex questions about the functionality of the ecommerce platform.
- Being able to assist users with knowing whether functionality is working as expected or if there is a bug.
- Being able to interpret user requests and instructing them on how to apply the platform's functionality to their explicit use case
- Being able to perform tasks for users such as increasing product prices by 10%, creating delivery rates based on a user's description (the chat bot will connect to the ecommerce platform's API)
- Being able to provide a summary of data and answer user questions, e.g. "How many orders have I had from customers in the USA this month"
In order to bid for this project you will need to have a proven track record of building similar chatbots or functionality that can be viewed by me before your bid will be accepted.
