Create a 2 page website & integrate chatGPT API

I have a very basic idea about creating a 2-page website. I am not sure if this should be done with WordPress or exactly what CMS/language but I have a UX in my mind for those 2 pages. Users will search for something on the page that would go as a query in ChatGPT and this would push a response that would come up either on the same page or the next one.
