Create a chatbot with openai API (chatgtp) integration für a cusotmer service / support system

For a platform demonstration, we would like to use AI to improve the user experience. To do this, we want to use a chatbot that is connected to the OpenAI API / ChatGTP and learns through AI to better solve questions and tasks from customers. Initially, this concerns questions about the use and installation of software, etc.. At a later stage, we would like to teach the system to generate special programme code to be used for the area of motor control (automotive).

I am looking for one or more freelancers who can support us in the implementation. As bot solutions, we are thinking of google dialogflow or the Microsoft Bot Framework.
