With this project, I am seeking an expert who can effectively develop a data converter. It should focus on translating the Electric Vehicle (EV) OCPP and OCPI charging protocols into the smart grid 2030.5 protocol.

Key Responsibilities:
- The main objective is data format conversion, effectively transforming OCPP and OCPI charging protocols to the smart grid 2030.5.
- Implement a robust smart charger control mechanism for optimized usage and efficiency.

Seamless Integration Aspects:
- The data converter should establish bidirectional communication with the smart grid 2030.5 protocol for smooth interaction.
- Real-time data synchronization between OCPP, OCPI, and the smart grid 2030.5 should be achieved.
- Build in intelligent fault detection and reporting capabilities.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven proficiency in handling EV charging protocols, particularly OCPP and OCPI.
