Challenge Federal Case Dismissal
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My federal civil action was dismissed, and the judge expressly stated I could not amend the complaint. I now want to take the matter up on appeal. To do that effectively I need a licensed attorney—no unlicensed representatives—who focuses on federal appellate practice and is comfortable taking a matter all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if the issues warrant it.
What I am looking for is clear, strategic advice on how to frame the dismissal error, assess the judge’s “no-amendment” ruling, and map out the strongest route forward in the Court of Appeals. A solid track record of wins in complicated “color-of-law” or similarly complex cases is essential.
Deliverables
• Written legal analysis explaining the dismissal grounds, preservation of issues, and likelihood of reversal
• Draft outline for the Notice of Appeal and opening brief, noting key authorities and deadlines
• Brief consultation (video or phone) to walk through questions and next steps
Please respond with your bar license details, relevant appellate victories, and a concise overview of how you would approach this case.
