Cargo Service Software Suite

I need a complete software solution that runs smoothly on both web and mobile so my door-to-door cargo business can live in one connected ecosystem. The flow begins with adding a new customer, continues through booking creation, route assignment, and real-time driver dispatch, and ends when the driver reaches the destination, captures the receiver’s details and signature, and instantly triggers invoice calculations.
From the admin side I want a single dashboard where I can see each driver’s current position on a live map, edit or reassign bookings and routes on the fly, and generate or resend invoices without leaving the screen. Invoice links must be deliverable by email or SMS, and the system has to handle cash, card, or direct-bank payments, reflecting the transaction status automatically.
Customers should be able to track their shipment on an embedded page within my existing website; no separate login app for them is required right now. A responsive progress bar or live map widget is ideal so they can watch the parcel move in real time.
