Calculate Residential Rebar Requirements
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a fully detailed set of architectural and structural drawings for a residential building that covers beams and columns, slabs and foundations, as well as the walls and roof framing. My next step is to know, with engineering-grade accuracy, exactly how many kilograms of iron reinforcement the project will consume.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A complete element-by-element rebar take-off, clearly referencing the drawing numbers and grid lines.
• A consolidated iron weight summary in kilograms, broken down by beams, columns, slabs, footings, walls, and roof members.
• Any supporting calculations or software outputs (in pdf) in native format so I can verify quantities if needed.
Accuracy is paramount; the totals should reconcile to ±1 % when cross-checked against the drawings. If you normally use macros or tools to automate the take-off, that’s fine—just include the source files so the workflow stays transparent.
All drawings will be supplied immediately after we start. Deliver everything in a single, well-organised folder, ready for my project team to review.
