Project Description:
I am leading a series of professional development workshops for a multidisciplinary team working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The focus is on improving knowledge and confidence around psychiatric medication use and care coordination responsibilities.
I am looking for a skilled medical content writer or clinical educator with experience in psychiatry, psychopharmacology, or nursing education to help develop the workshop content and PowerPoint slides for 3 sessions.
Each session is 60 minutes long and aimed at non-prescribing clinicians such as Care Coordinators, Social Workers, and Nurses.
Scope of Work:
Deliverables:
Facilitator scripts (approx. 2–3 pages per session) – bullet points or speaker notes
Engaging PowerPoint slides (10–12 per session)
1-page summary handouts per workshop (optional but preferred)
Interactive components – short quizzes or case discussion prompts (2–3 per session)
Workshop Topics:
Foundations of Medication Use in CAMHS
Common medications (SSRIs, antipsychotics, stimulants, etc.)
Basic pharmacology (half-life, onset, metabolism)
Supporting Medication Management in Practice
Safe storage, side effect monitoring, adherence

Reflection-based recap and problem-solving workshop
Ideal Freelancer:
Background in psychiatry, mental health nursing, psychology, or medical education
Experience writing or delivering healthcare training or CPD content
Strong command of clinical accuracy + ability to make content digestible
PowerPoint design skills (clear, professional layout – not flashy)
