CAD Drawing Required – 2-Bedroom Flat

I require an experienced CAD technician or architectural draughtsperson to produce accurate CAD drawings of a 2-bedroom flat.

**Scope of work:**

* Convert an existing PDF floor plan into a CAD drawing (DWG format preferred).
* Incorporate dimensions and measurements that I will provide.
* Produce an accurate existing layout suitable for use by my architect.
* Include all rooms, walls, doors, windows, and key dimensions.
* Provide both DWG and PDF versions of the completed drawing.

**Information available:**

* PDF floor plan.
* Full measurements and dimensions.
* Additional photos if required.

**Requirements:**

* Experience with residential architectural drawings.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent software.
* Ability to work from existing plans and measurements.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
