I'm looking for a 3d Visualizer designer/architect who can create two options for a facade/elevation of a business hotel located in a 2nd tier city in South India. The design should be a fusion of modern and traditional styles, incorporating modern material combinations.
Key Requirements:
- The design should be a blend of modern and traditional styles
- Use of modern material combinations
- The facade should have a smooth and sleek finish
- One options can be of fluid /parametric design
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in SketchUp and can work from the given SKP massing file
- Prior experience in designing hotel facades
- Strong understanding and appreciation of both modern and traditional design elements
- Ability to create realistic renders
- Knowledge of contemporary material usage in architecture
