Business Calendar

Hello,
I am looking to have a simple calendar designed for our business.
We had a designer put the attached together, but we are not liking how it is turning out. We like the top area and image, but feel like the bottom area doesn't match the rest of the calendar. I am looking for a crisp and professional calendar utilizing the same text. Attached are the image, our proof that we are hoping to improve on, and some of of the other text elements. Hoping someone can modernize and make a great calendar for our clients.
