Build a web app called “WebSnapper” that captures screenshots of websites from a list of URLs.
Functionality Overview:
Create a web application that allows users to:
Paste multiple URLs (one per line) or
Upload a CSV file containing a list of URLs (in one column).
Once URLs are added, the user can click “Start Capture” to begin the process.
Features & Flow:
Input Interface:
Text area for pasting URLs (one per line).
CSV file upload option.
Processing:
Visit each URL and take a screenshot.
Show a progress indicator beside each URL:
“Pending”
“Capturing”
“Completed”
“Failed”
Output Table:
Display the results in a table with the following columns:
URL
Thumbnail preview of the screenshot (small image)
A button to Download Screenshot for that row
Download Option:
A button at the top or bottom to Download All as ZIP.
Screenshots should be named based on domain or page title (e.g. bbc-homepage.png).
Technical Notes:
Use an API like Thum.io to generate screenshots.
Ensure the ZIP archive is dynamically generated and downloadable by the user.
A reset button to clear entries.
Preferably build using a simple front-end .
