Bulk Food Packaging Layout Plan
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a clear, production-ready layout for the packaging and grading hall of a food-processing unit that handles solid produce—mainly fruits, vegetables and nuts—packed in bulk. The spotlight is on the downstream end of the plant, so the drawing must show how semi-automatic packaging machines, grading tables, conveyors and palletising space fit together while keeping product flow smooth and hygienic.
What I’m after is a GMP-compliant, BRC-compliant one-direction flow that separates clean and unclean zones, shows utilities (power, air and drainage) and leaves safe operator aisles for loading, unloading and routine maintenance. Receiving, primary processing and storage already exist; your task starts where sorted product enters the grading line and ends at finished-goods dispatch.
Deliverables
• A scaled floor plan (DWG or PDF) marking equipment footprints, service clearances and personnel paths
• A simple material & personnel flow diagram for quick reference
• Utility schedule listing the power rating, air and water points needed by each semi-automatic machine
