Build a script to scrape google search

Have you built a script to scrape google search results before?
If yes then we would like to seek your help, Build us a script where we provide the keyword "site:t.me keyword" and the script will record every website/link in a csv file. We will set the max record limit, to maybe 100k and it will continue to scrape until set limit is reached or no further results are available.
You must be familiar with the following concepts:
IP Rotation
Set real user agent
headless browser
Captcha Solver
I don't necessarily mean to have these concepts used for our script, its entirely upto you how you do it as long as it works, every single time.
