Build a freemium website platform

I want to have a website that has all or most of the free and freemium services out there so that I can easily browse and search for each category/item.
Include things that have a free tier product.
Add an upvote functionality and have the free/ freemium products list by popularity.
Have a suggestion forum with voting capabilities.
- People can suggest new features, software or add additional categories or freemium items.
- Have a upvote button
- Votes only come from account users.
- Gray out upvote and message you need an account to vote when hovered over.
Make an account to add reviews.
- Easy account creation through google etc.
