Build a Website

Hello i need a programmer to build my website this website will have products with there preview and these previews will be videos. This website must have a live chat or create ticket system it must have good transitions for loading page, the website must have the signup and sign in options. It must have good looking graphics face it must have the backend for me to add more products. It should be written in codes i dont want word press i want the source code. Inside the signin page the customer must be able to choose what product or service they need.
