Bookkeeping, closing and P&L report for Q1'23

Bookkeeping Entries and P&L Report for Q1
I am a Sole Proprietorship in need of a freelancer to handle my bookkeeping entries and to generate P&L report for Q1.
Here are the details:
- Accounting Software: I use Odoo for my accounting software, so experience with this platform is ideal.
- 220 sales invoices (already entered in Odoo ERP) and around 130 purchase invoices (10 entered, other 120 to enter in Odoo, there is PDF recognition feature exist) + several other entries (see below in tasks).
- Access to Odoo ERP will be granted. Scan photos of expense invoices can be prepared & sent.
- HR costs and Rental costs will be provided for 3 months.
- Open balances for Jan 1st will be provided as per needed ledgers.
- Reconciliation with bank is not required.
Project tasks:
1. Need to enter in Odoo: HR expenses for 5 employees, expenses invoices (120, list & PDF scans is available), rental expenses (1 office) and depreciation for 2 fixed assets purchased during Q1'23, - in order to form P&L report and to reflect all expenses properly (under corresponding ledgers names).
2. P&L report to be generated from Odoo (by 2 clicks), not manually in excel. (For this purpose all expenses should be properly allocated at first).
- Timeframe: I need this project completed within two weeks.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Odoo accounting software
- Proficient in bookkeeping and P&L reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
