Book typing into new sheets

I am looking for a skilled typist to help me with a project typing a book of approximately between 100 and 300 pages. The book is handwritten, so I am looking for someone who can accurately and quickly type out what is written in the book. Additionally, I am not sure if the typed version should require formatting or editing, so I would like the freelancer's advice on that matter.
