Bold Custom Apparel Website -- 2

I need a full-scale, custom e-commerce site that feels as bold and colorful as the apparel it will showcase. The core of the build is a gallery containing thousands of pre-mocked designs, all displayed on a single base shirt. Visitors must be able to punch in or select a Design ID, instantly filter the gallery down to that exact art, and then re-mock it on any other garment type we carry—hoodies, tanks, long sleeves, you name it—before completing checkout.
To make the buying journey smooth, the platform has to include a persistent shopping cart, individual user accounts for order history and saved favorites, plus a section where verified purchasers can leave reviews. Speed and search accuracy are critical; the filter needs to return results in milliseconds and handle a very large database without lag. Mobile responsiveness, vibrant UI/UX that matches the bold aesthetic, and clean, secure payment flow are all non-negotiable.
For launch I’ll consider any modern stack—Shopify with a custom app, WooCommerce, headless React + Node, or another solution—so long as it delivers a lightning-fast search index and flexible product variant logic. If you have experience with real-time mock-up generation or dynamic image swapping, highlight that, as the garment-switch feature must feel seamless.
Deliverables should cover:
• Fully designed front-end in the agreed bold palette
• Back-end with Design ID lookup and dynamic garment re-mock
• Integrated cart, accounts, and review modules
• QA across modern browsers and devices
• A brief hand-over guide so my team can add new designs without dev support
