Bloom.io Setup & Automation
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
My Bloom.io account is already active, but it’s still a blank canvas. I need it fully configured so the platform actually streamlines my clients journey and my day-to-day instead of adding another task to it. The core objective is efficiency: every repetitive touchpoint with leads or clients should happen automatically.
Here’s what I’m looking for you to build inside Bloom.io:
• Forms
– Contact, Design/questionaires/Feedback and Order forms
– A branded design questionnaire / VA intake form that routes responses to the right project folder
• Workflows & Automations
– Lead-generation workflow that tags, scores and nurtures new enquiries
– Customer-follow-up sequence that triggers after a purchase or project milestone
– Order-processing flow that creates tasks, sends invoices and updates project status
• Product Packages
– Set up my service bundles with tiered pricing, upsell add-ons and clear deliverables.
– Tie each package to the correct payment schedule and contract template. That offers payment plans aswell.
• Email Templates
– Welcome, follow up, information, proposal, invoice reminder and project wrap-up emails, all on brand and linked to the workflows above.
Acceptance criteria: every form submits flawlessly, each workflow fires under the right conditions, emails pull dynamic fields correctly, and I can run a test order from enquiry to payment without manual intervention.
If you’ve wired up Bloom.io (or similar CRMs like HoneyBook, Dubsado, HubSpot) before and can knock this out quickly, let’s get started.
