Best Worst Method solver required

Hi, I have a problem that needs to be solved in the BEST WORST METHOD only. I have five risk factors (variables) and 3 criteria (probability c1, risk c2, severity c3). Each risk factor has 3-8 sub-factors. Assume that we have collected data from 8 experts. I need someone who can solve this problem. I have the assumed ranks of five risk factors, you have to do the analysis and prepare the data as per the ranking provided. Persons who have experience in BWM can apply, please don't suggest any other method like AHP, VIKOR, TOPSIS, I need help in BWM only. Please see the attached excel file for more information. The budget is fixed so don't apply if you can't do in that budget. Thank you.
