Backend development, integration and testing for Digital Content Platform

We are developing a modern digital content management platform designed for organizations and multi-institutional support. The frontend is built using React, Vite, and TailwindCSS, and we are now looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to develop a robust, scalable backend.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Deploy Scalable APIs for:
- Authentication & Authorization
- Database & API Development
- Storage & File Handling
- Security & Logging
- Full system integration with frontend
- Testing and documentation


Multi-Tenant Architecture: Implement support for Multi-Tenant Architecture.

Authentication & Security: Integrate AWS Cognito for authentication and enforce role-based access control (RBAC).

Database Development: Use AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) to manage user data, books, and transactions.

Storage & File Handling: Implement AWS S3 for book storage and optimized access policies.

Search & Filtering Optimization.

API Security & Performance Optimization: Implement JWT authentication, API rate limiting, and SSL enforcement.

Logging & Monitoring: Use AWS CloudWatch or similar tools for error tracking and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js).

Experience with PostgreSQL (AWS RDS preferred).

Hands-on experience with AWS services (Cognito, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design (GraphQL experience is a plus).

Security best practices: JWT authentication, OAuth, Role-based access control.

Experience in multi-tenant SaaS development is a big plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS deployment is a plus.
