BETA Testers Needed for Social Media App US USERS ONLY
Budget: $10 – $11 USD
Job Description
We are looking for individual testers (no agencies) in the U.S. (or with a U.S.-based phone number) to test a new social media and dating app. This is a closed beta test project. This is a one-time project for users who are familiar with dating and lifestyle apps and can provide detailed feedback through screen recordings and written notes. The test should take between 30-45 minutes to complete.
This is an easy, one-time project for people who use dating and lifestyle apps and can provide detailed feedback.
Payment & Budget
- $10- 11 for testing on one phone (iOS or Android) - We have a preference and a need for Android users. Limited IOS spots are available.
- Fixed-price contract, paid after feedback submission
What You Will Do
-Use a real smartphone (no emulators or virtual devices)
-Create a profile (upload photo, write bio, choose preferences)
-Test core features, including:
-Matching & browsing profiles
-Messaging
-Notifications
-Profile settings
-Subscription screen
-Screen record yourself attempting to use each of these features
-Clips should be 5–15 seconds on average (some may be up to 30 seconds)
-Submit clear written feedback with your recordings
Requirements
- Must be an individual tester (no agencies)
- Must be U.S.-based or have a U.S. phone number (non-VoIP only)
- Familiarity and experience with using dating and lifestyle type apps
- Fluent in English (for clear written feedback)
- Use a real mobile device (iPhone or Android) – no virtual devices
- Phone must be updated to the latest OS version
iOS: iOS 15 or higher
Android: Android 13 or higher
- Complete testing within 24 hours
NDA Requirement
You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing the app
Your proposal must include the following information. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
1- Outline any relevant experience (if applicable). No experience required, but mention any app testing or beta testing you’ve done before.
2-Confirm you are an individual tester (not part of an agency).
3-Confirm you are either U.S.-based or have a U.S. phone number (non-VoIP).
4-List your phone model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 13, iOS 16 or Samsung S22, Android 12) that you will use for this test.
5-Confirm your phone is updated to the latest operating system.
6-Confirm you can complete testing within 24 hours of receiving access.
