Azure Repo Initialization Powershell Script

I need a Powershell script that can initialize a main branch in Azure Repos with a set of default files.
The script should setup the repository with:
- README.md
The main purpose of the script is to streamline the process of creating new repositories in Azure Repos by automatically including the necessary default files.
Experience in Azure DevOps and PowerShell scripting would be essential for this project. The ideal freelancer should be able to deliver a script that can be efficiently run to create a new repository with the default files in place.
