We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to help us streamline and optimize processes in our HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments. We are particularly interested in professionals who have experience in implementing AI solutions in these areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate current departmental processes and identify areas that could benefit from automation
2. Design and implement AI solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency
3. Provide training and support to team members during the AI transition phase
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of implemented AI solutions
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience in AI automation for HR, Sales, Marketing, and/or Finance departments
2. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and training skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
6. We want to specifically use make.com for the automations
