Asterisk Integration with Open-source CRM

Job ID: 38591581

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

### Project Overview

We are integrating an open-source CRM (currently SuiteCRM) with Asterisk and FreePBX, which is already set up on our local host to manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively. CRM users appear in FreePBX, confirming a successful integration.

### Requirements

1. **Click-to-Dial:**
- **Outgoing Call Form:**
- Develop a custom script to connect the CRM user interface with Asterisk/FreePBX.
- When a phone number is clicked in SuiteCRM, it should trigger a call through Asterisk/FreePBX using a registered IP phone extension.
- A form must pop up for agents to add and update call details when making a call.

2. **Screen Pop:**
- **Grandstream Phone Integration:**
- Configure Asterisk/FreePBX to send call data to the CRM upon incoming calls, possibly using custom scripts or middleware.
- Ensure outbound calls from SuiteCRM utilize a physical Grandstream VoIP phone rather than softphones.

3. **Call Logging:**
- Create a script or middleware to log call details into the CRM by capturing metadata from Asterisk and pushing it to the CRM’s database or API.

4. **Excel Contact Imports:**
- Enable admins to upload contact lists from Excel files into the CRM seamlessly.
- Ensure the integration does not require purchasing any paid FreePBX modules.

5. **Access to Call Recordings:**
- Provide admins with full access to all call recordings made by agents, ensuring they can be easily found and managed within the system.

6. **Documentation:**
- Produce a comprehensive step-by-step guide detailing the setup process to facilitate future management and updates.

### Additional Information

- We seek someone experienced with FreePBX, Asterisk, SuiteCRM, or similar CRM systems, particularly in data automation, call recordings, and CRM imports.
