Assistance recovering a crashed Vmware ESXi server

Following an unscheduled power cut, several vmdk files on my ESXi 6.7 server have had ".lock4" appended to their filenames. As a result the server can no longer see the virtual disks. I have tried renaming these files, but the server does not recognise them as valid vmdk files.

Please only bid if you are a skilled vmware technician. I will pay good money for the successful restoration of my server
