Assist with Website System

I am looking for someone to help me with an existing content management system. I already have it set up and running, but I need some assistance with customization and optimization. I'm looking for someone with an extensive level of expertise who can do some limited customization. Specifically, I need help creating a new page which pulls information from the database. I am comfortable with the existing framework, so I need someone who can be the expert and make sure all the tweaks are done correctly.
