Assist with Resolving Meta Business Problem

I am experiencing an issue with my Meta (Facebook) Business portfolio restriction.
I have not created or used any ad account, nor have I run ads or connected any Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts to Ads Manager.
My sole use of the platform has been for monetizing my Android apps through the Monetization Manager.
All of my active apps currently have a good standing and no policy violations have ever been reported.
However, I don't understand why there is no option to contact support team in my account.

I am looking for an expert with the following qualifications:

- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, particularly in resolving account restrictions.

- Experience with monetizing content or apps through Meta’s Monetization Manager.

- Ability to guide me through the process of addressing the restriction and resolving the issues around verification, ad account creation, and payment setup.

- Experience in working with Meta support or troubleshooting platform-specific issues to restore account access.
