Architect Drawings Review for 4 Apartments

I need an expert to review architect drawings for 4 apartments and suggest as many improvements or interesting ideas. I need this project completed asap. Windows and sliding doors can be made smaller but not bigger. This is for a project in Dublin, Ireland so the door widths and spaces need to comply with fire regs and wheelchair access requirements
