Archicad Renovation Permit

I need a building permit for a renovation project, using an IFC file and photography as reference. The project involves structural wood modification to add 2 storey, including some demolition with new facade and roof work. The permit should mimic the provided exemple (shadow, line tickness, view, section...), with as built drawing, and project drawing. An IFC for the project will be provided as well.

Requirements:
- Archicad version 28 proficiency; well defined to easily extract BOQ (demolition in M3, construction in M2 per material...)
- Experience with IFC files
- Working with metric system (and not feet/inch)
- Fast and efficient drafter, well organized (2 days)
