I’m assembling a 100-episode TikTok series that exposes systemic corruption inside the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, focusing on how junior, mid-level, and senior leadership – along with a network of ten psychiatrists – routinely ignore state and federal law. The tone throughout must remain serious and informative; viewers need to walk away persuaded by facts, not theatrics.
Each episode will be an animated explainer, optimised for the TikTok feed (9:16, ≤60 seconds). You’ll take raw material I provide—scans of government documents, vetted witness testimonials, major-paper news coverage, and peer-reviewed research from think tanks and the NIH—and turn it into a tight narrative with clear on-screen citations. Minimal text, crisp motion graphics, and a neutral voice-over are key so the evidence, not the style, does the convincing.
Because accuracy matters more than speed, I’ll release sources in themed batches; you’ll storyboard, script, animate, add captions, and deliver a finished MP4 for each topic. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools are fine so long as exports stay within TikTok’s technical limits.
