Animate Youthful Games Slides with Voice-Over

I have 13 still slides that I need animated with a voice over. I don't mind if you use AI. Keep in mind you can only render 8 second video's with AI and it's hard to keep the consistent theme and voice for the voice over. I also need background music for the video.

(This is why im hiring a freelancer as i've tried with AI but can't keep it consistent, voice over keeps changing and attaching one video to the next looks choppy)
