Android Developer for E-Learning App

I'm seeking a skilled Android developer to enhance my existing E-learning app, currently available on the Google Play Store. The ideal freelancer would be a Tamil-speaking professional who can:
- Improve the user interface
- Add a teachers account feature akin to Udemy Business
- Optimize performance to ensure smooth operation
Experience with developing educational apps or similar platforms is highly desirable. The teachers' accounts should be able to facilitate course creation and management. Communication tools and student progress tracking, while beneficial, are not immediately necessary.
