2221 l Alterations and Additions l Construction Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Please quote for the production of part of a set of architectural construction drawings for alterations and additions to an existing dwelling, medium/large sized house, project 2221 using AutoCAD.
Refer to the attached schedule of drawings that need to be completed.
Please find attached:
- an example of the level of drawing and detailing that is required,
- our current set of drawings
Once the job is assigned, further details, architectural drawings + structural drawings will be provided to assist.
Payments will be processed over 3 milestones with a submission and review at each stage:
Milestone 1 – 70% of highlighted list of drawings
Milestone 2 – 90% of all required drawings ready for final mark up
Milestone 3 – 100% completion of drawings
Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY.
All drawings in A3 size and completed in Autocad using sheet sets.
PDF and .dwg files are to be provided.
