I am in need of an expert in image segmentation or unsupervised/semi-supervised machine learning for my research analysis involving MRI images.
The primary goal of this project is to provide a detailed level of image labeling, especially in the identification of structures and some abnormalities within the images. The ideal output should cater to the requirements of a research analysis.
Key Project Requirements:
- The labeling should be of Intermediate level, encompassing both the identification of structures and some abnormalities within the MRI images.
- The labeled images should be in the DICOM format, to ensure compatibility and maintain the integrity of the original data.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in image segmentation or unsupervised/semi-supervised machine learning, ideally with a focus on medical imaging.
- Prior experience in analyzing MRI images and providing detailed image labeling.
- Strong understanding of DICOM format and its application to labeled images.
