Advanced Google Sheets-Based Sales Reporting Dashboard for Business Development Managers

? Project Summary:
We are FineAcers, a premium investment and real estate brand operating in the UAE and India, and we are seeking an expert Google Sheets developer (with Excel mastery) to refine, enhance, and beautify our existing sales reporting system. The goal is to create a fully interactive, intelligent, and automated performance dashboard tailored for 6 Business Development Managers (BDMs) and senior management tracking.
We already have a working version — now it needs to be transformed into a world-class, user-friendly, visually striking, and insightful reporting tool.

1. ✅ Design & Usability Enhancements
Apply dropdowns (Y/N) instead of manual inputs for fields like:
Social Media Post Done
TikTok/Reels Done
WhatsApp Campaign Done
Email Campaign Done
Add automatic weekday display next to the date.
Improve UI with:
Alternate row shading
Bolder headers
Locked/frozen summary row (Row 34)

3. ? Weekly Subtotals in Each BDM Sheet
Insert auto-calculating subtotal rows after every 7 days:
“Week 1 Total”, “Week 2 Total”, etc.
Allows management to compare week-on-week productivity easily
4. ? (Optional) Automation with Google Apps Script
(Not mandatory, but bonus if you can do it)
Auto reminder at 7:00 PM daily for BDMs to fill their reports
Weekly email summary (PDF or link) to management every Sunday night
5. ? Advanced Conditional Formatting
In each BDM Sheet:
Leads < 10 → Light Red | ≥ 10 → Light Green
Calls < 60 → Red | ≥ 60 → Green
Meetings < 1 → Red | ≥ 1 → Green
Follow-ups < 5 → Red | ≥ 5 → Green
In Summary Sheet:
Column “Incentive Eligibility”: YES = Green, NO = Red
Auto-highlight top performer with ⭐ icon
6. ? Instructions Tab
Revise the Instructions tab to:
Clearly list all fields and their purpose
Explain how/when to enter data
Include bonus/incentive criteria
Mention performance review guidelines

Fully functional Google Sheet (editable link with protection applied)
Optional: Excel downloadable backup
Editable cells clearly marked; summary/formula cells locked
Charts auto-updating based on input
Data-validation fully applied
