Adapt existing labels for a new honey label project

I have a label that was used for a liquor bottle project, and I would like it adapted for a honey jar label. I want to keep all of the design elements. I have attached the original Adobe Illustrator file. I have also attached the file for last year's honey label, which I have decided not to use this year, to show the scale.
I would also like to discuss a back label for the jars, to hold contact information and so on. However, if it adds much to the cost I will do without it.
