ASP.NET Full stack developer

I am looking for a skilled Full-stack hard worker.
I need to start the contract work today.
Read the below requirements correctly before the proposal.
- Must have skills set:
1. ASP.NET Core
2. Javascript
3. MS SQL
4. Deploy via IIS
5. PSPDF library
- Must be an individual developer.
- Communication Rule.
should be online from EST 11 AM ~ 2AM ( 2hours)
should be online from EST
- MUST work on PST for 4~5 hrs as PART-time (So it is preferred for the full-time dev who can work on PST as Part-time) from Monday to Friday, sometimes need to work on the weekend.
- MUST work on for the next 2~3 years for long-term
- Familiar with Github and Jira
