VR Leadership Business Simulation Game
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced game developer to create a medium-interactive Virtual Reality (VR) game that simulates Management and Leadership scenarios. The headsets are Quest 2 and Quest 3.
I have would like to bring dashboard and maps into the game and users interact with the data. Then, for a flood scenario make decisions.
The perfect candidate for this project would be someone who:
- Has a background in developing VR games.
- Understands the intricacies and challenges associated with creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences for diverse user bases.
- Is resourceful and capable of creating a game that strikes a balance between observation and active participation. Players should be required to make some actions but not overwhelmed with continuous decision-making.
The aim of this project is not just to entertain, but to effectively simulate the demanding environment of Management and Leadership, giving users a riveting and enlightening VR experience. Deep understanding of business strategies and leadership principles would be a plus.
